Members who have a monthly membership have five (5) days after their purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
Members who have an annual membership have thirty (30) days after their initial purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
Members who have an annual membership have five (5) days after their initial purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel after five (5) days but before the end of month 12, you may incur a fee, based on our discretion, if your average monthly upload exceeds the respective monthly quota. If your average monthly quota is less than the respective monthly quota, you will not incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated as follows:
Number of months on your annual (paid monthly) membership x number of monthly GB for the respective membership level = Cancellation Quota
Total GB of actual video upload – Cancellation Quota = Overage
(Overage divided by monthly quota) x monthly account rate = Cancellation Fee
You create your annual (paid monthly) Pro membership on March 15. Between March 15 and July 31 you upload 300 GB. You then cancel your account on July 31.
5.0 months x 50 GB = 250 GB (cancellation quota)
300 GB – 250 GB = 50 GB (overage)
50 GB / 50 GB = 1.0 x $49 = $49 cancellation fee
After the refund period ends all purchases are final and all fees paid are non-refundable.
If your account is terminated by MediaZilla for reasons outlined in our Terms of Service, you will not be refunded, regardless of when the breach occurs. If you have any questions, please send an email to email@example.com
